Scottish Learning Project

 My name is Rafal Obrebski, I am a Polish migrant worker, I work as a Scottish Learning Organiser for BFAWU in Scotland.

I manage the BFAWU Project Learning, advise and deliver learning, bring access to skills and lifelong learning opportunities for our members that contribute as a community to equal opportunities, progress and development for workers across Scotland.

I organise new members to enter a trade union in places where trade unions do not exist or do not have such structures.
